As soon as we came to know about the sad demise of the greatest guru Shri Bharat Sagar Ji Maharaj, the entire Koderma jain samaj went into deep sorrow. It was around 1:00pm on the day of the holy diwali (26th, oct, 2006) that this incident happen.
For the nobel cause, the entire jain society had a baithak on the same day and on the same evening had a Namokar Mantra sabha for around 45 minutes to send peace to the great soul that passed.
To soothe this dismissal further, the jain samaj decided to spend their diwali with the minimum possible lighting and minimum possible crackers. An official notice for the same was published to all the members of the jain samaj and it was followed with great support.
